Privacy notice

This notice covers the two forms on this website: the franchise inquiry form and the general contact form. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form. For a franchise inquiry that is your name, email address, an optional mobile number, the city or province you are interested in, your preferred timeline, an optional proposed location and an optional message. For a general inquiry it is your name, email address and message.

Each form also carries a hidden field that should stay empty. It exists to catch automated spam and is ignored otherwise.

Why we collect it

To read your inquiry and reply to it. Nothing more. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not use these details for advertising.

Where it goes

Submissions are delivered to the form handling built into our website host and are readable by Lemon Refresh. They are not sold, rented or passed to anyone else for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

For as long as the inquiry is live, and a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to it. If you would like your inquiry deleted sooner, ask us and we will remove it.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. There is nothing here for you to consent to, which is why you are not being shown a banner.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 you also have the right to object to how your details are used and to complain to the National Privacy Commission.
